Reporting matrix and organogram

See the reporting structure that drives approvals, as a searchable list or an organisation chart.

The reporting structure decides who approves whose requests. HR can view it two ways from eHR Portal Management → HR Tasks:

  • View Reporting Matrix — a searchable list of employees and who they report to.
  • View Organogram — the same structure as a chart. See Organisation chart.

Using the reporting matrix

  • Use Search employee… to find someone.
  • Select an employee to see their details and reporting line.

If a request goes to the wrong approver, check the employee's reporting line here first, then the approval workflow for that request type.
