Enterprise HRMS · On-premise
Accord eHR is a browser-based HRMS you can install on your own server. Recruitment, performance, training and employee self-service run over your intranet, and sync to your on-premise PayCare and TimeMate over API.
Browser-based · Installs on your server · Syncs with PayCare & TimeMate
Why on-premise
Accord has always been a web application. On-premise simply means it lives on your server instead of ours. Same browser access for every employee, and none of the data leaving your network.
Accord has always been a web application. Installing it on your intranet server gives every employee browser access from any machine, with no client software to deploy or update on individual desktops.
Appraisals, salary history, disciplinary records and personal files stay on your hardware, in your own SQL Server database, under your access control and your retention policy.
Accord interfaces with PayCare for pay records and with TimeMate for attendance, so recruitment, HR, attendance and payroll share one employee record instead of four.
Licensed perpetually for an on-premise install, or as a subscription if you would rather we hosted it. The capability is identical either way.
Nothing to install on anyone’s desktop. Expand the reporting structure, work the approval queue, read the headcount and attrition analytics, all of it served from your own machine.

Core modules
Accord treats your workforce the way asset management treats assets, tracking recruitment, skill pools, knowledge, histories, appraisals and attrition in one system rather than four.
Keeping employment relations conducive to people doing their best work.
Making sure vacancies are filled promptly, so operations do not lose efficiency.
Appraisals and training, aligned to where the organisation is trying to go.
Delivered as an add-on through PayCare, on approved data from the employee file.
From a manpower requisition through to an appraisal, a training calendar and the organogram.
Policies and procedures, benefits administration, industrial relations advisory, and occupational health and safety, in one place.
Manpower requisitions by organisational level, requisition approvals, vacancy publishing to internal or external portals, and candidate shortlisting.
Interview factor templates, scheduling, screening, per-factor ratings, selection on those ratings, and offer letter generation with approval.
Performance plans with goals and targets, KRA/MBO and KPI-based templates, multi-evaluator ratings and self-appraisals, linked to training needs.
Training programmes and courses with their audiences, a training calendar with instructors, venue and duration, and training attendance.
Organisation design and structure, the reporting hierarchy, and the organisational manpower planning chart.
A configurable content-managed portal: welcome note, organisational news, polls, notices, announcements, events and a careers widget.
Personal and work profile, documents, payslips, investment declarations, loan and advance requests, self-appraisal, trainings and the holiday list.
Multi-level leave workflow with email notifications, so approvals route correctly without anyone chasing them.
Managers see their team’s leave detail, profile information, performance appraisal history and training history in one view.
Organisational HR policy documents and procedures, published so employees can find the answer without asking HR.
Reports across performance, training, recruitment, payroll and statutory, headcount and attrition analytics, plus a report designer tool for the rest.
Payroll is an add-on module through PayCare, so authorised data entered in the employee file flows to payroll on approval.
Deploy for multiple locations or divisions with synchronised data, whether hosted by you or by us.
Requirements
Standard Microsoft infrastructure, nothing exotic. Intelliob handles installation and configuration as part of the deployment.
| Deployment | Installed on your own server, reached over your intranet, or over the internet if you choose to publish it |
|---|---|
| Server OS | Windows Server 2016 or later |
| Client | Any modern browser. No desktop client to install or update |
| Database | Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or later. Standard or Enterprise edition |
| Architecture | Three-tier: user interface, business logic in the middle tier, and a SQL Server data tier, so upgrades stay contained |
| Payroll | PayCare, as an add-on module |
| Time & attendance | TimeMate, or third-party biometric and smart-card systems |
| ERP integration | Data interchange with established ERP systems including SAP, Navision, Axapta and Wipro HIS |
| Licensing | Perpetual licence for an on-premise install, or subscription if hosted by Intelliob. Quoted per deployment |
| Support | Phone, email and remote screen-sharing sessions, with in-application context help and user documentation |
| Certification | ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security Management, covering on-premises and cloud environments. Microsoft Partner (ISV Software Solutions) and NASSCOM member |
Licensing is quoted per deployment, because the price depends on your size and setup.
Both run the same capability. The difference is where it lives and how you pay for it.
| Where it runs | On-premise: your server, reached over your intranet. Cloud: hosted by Intelliob, nothing to install. |
|---|---|
| What employees use | A browser, in both cases. There is no desktop client either way. |
| Who holds employee data | On-premise: you do, in your own SQL Server. Cloud: Intelliob, in Indian data centres. |
| How you pay | On-premise: perpetual licence plus annual support. Cloud: subscription. |
| Suite integration | Both interface with PayCare for pay records and TimeMate for attendance. |
| Best fit | On-premise: organisations with a data-residency policy, or already running PayCare and TimeMate in-house. Cloud: teams who want it running this week. |

Certified
Our ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification covers HR, payroll and time & attendance software across both cloud and on-premises environments. The certificate is below, with its number, so you can verify it yourself.
Design, development, implementation, support and delivery of HR and payroll software, workforce management, time & attendance and financial accounting solutions, across cloud-based and on-premises environments.
Everything you need to know about running Accord eHR on your own servers.
No. Accord has always been browser-based. Choosing on-premise means the application and its database are installed on a server you own and reached over your intranet, rather than hosted by Intelliob. Employees still use it through a normal browser, so there is no client software to deploy or update on individual machines.
Accord sits on top of PayCare and TimeMate, sharing one employee record across HR, attendance and payroll.
Send us your headcount, the modules you need and what you are running today, and we’ll come back with a written quote and an implementation plan.
