Organisation chart

The Organization Chart shows who reports to whom across the company, including vacant positions.

Open it from Self Service → View Organogram.

Using the chart

• Each box shows a person's name, designation, department and employee code. Vacant posts are marked Vacant.
• A +N badge under a box means N people report to that person. Select it to expand that branch — the chart zooms in on it.
• Drag to move around the chart, and use the zoom buttons or your mouse wheel to zoom.
• Use Search by name or code and pick the person from the list — the chart zooms to them, highlights their box and shows a Details card with their department, employee code and location.
