Self Service is where you do things for yourself: apply for leave, declare your timesheet, download payslips, declare investments and keep your profile up to date. Open it from Self Service in the top menu.
What you'll see
| Area | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Profile card | Your name, designation, employee code, department, work location, length of service and key dates. Select Change on the picture to upload a new profile photo. |
| Short Notes | Private notes for yourself. Add Note creates one; Expand Notes shows them all. |
| Request cards | One card per module — Request Leave, Outdoor Duty, Manage Timesheet, My Payslips, Declare Investment, Loan Application and Advance Application. Each card shows a quick summary (for example your leave balance or how many requests are pending). Select a card to open it. |
| My Reporting Managers | Who your requests go to, with Call and Email shortcuts. |
| Organogram | Opens your company's organisation chart. |
HR decides which cards appear for your company. If a card described in this guide is missing, it isn't enabled for your organisation.
