Viewing and declaring your timesheet

See your daily attendance for any month, print a monthly report, and declare corrections for approval.

Updated 24 Oct 2026

Manage Timesheet shows your attendance day by day — status, shift, in-time, out-time and total hours. If a day is wrong (a missed punch, work from home, a half day), you declare the correct entry and it goes to your manager for approval.

Open it from Self Service → Manage Timesheet, or View Time Sheet on the Dashboard's Attendance card.

Manage Timesheet in View mode

View your timesheet

  1. Choose View mode and the month

Make sure Mode is set to View, then pick the month in Select Month.

  2. Read the table

Each row is a day: Date, Shift, Status, In Time, Out Time, Total and OT Hours. The summary above the table counts each status — P present, A absent, HD half day, WO weekly off, H holiday.

  3. Print if you need a copy

Select Print Report for a printable monthly attendance report.

If Print Report does nothing, your browser blocked the pop-up. Allow pop-ups for the Accord site and try again.

Declare a correction

  1. Switch to Declare

Set Mode to Declare and pick the month. The note at the top shows who will approve your declaration.

  2. Change the day's entry

For each day that's wrong, choose the correct status (for example Present, Half Day, Work From Home or Comp Off Full) and set the In-Time and Out-Time where needed.

  3. Add a comment

Every changed day needs a comment explaining why — your approver sees it.

  4. Declare

Select Declare Timesheet. You'll see Timesheet declared successfully.

Each day then shows the outcome of its latest declaration — Declared — pending approval, Approved or Rejected. Hover a date to see who decided and when. Timings as they were before your edit stay visible for pending and approved days.
