Self Service
Informing outdoor duty
Tell your approver when you work away from the office — at a client site, in the field or at an event — so the day isn't marked absent.
Table of Contents
Use Outdoor Duty when you're working, but not at your usual office — a client visit, site work, training elsewhere. Once approved, those days count as worked rather than absent.
Open it from Self Service → Outdoor Duty.
What you'll see
- The approvers your request will go to — any one of them can approve it.
- Application Status — your outdoor duty requests for the selected month, with Period, Status and Remarks.
