Resetting a forgotten password
Reset your Accord eHR password yourself with a one-time code (OTP) sent to your registered email address.
Table of Contents
If you've forgotten your password, you can set a new one yourself. Accord emails a 6-digit one-time code (OTP) to the email address registered on your employee record.
Before you start
You need your company code, your user name and access to the email address HR has on file for you. If that email address is out of date, ask HR to update it first — the code can only go to the registered address.
How to reset your password
Open Forgot password
On the sign-in screen, select Forgot password? below the NEXT button.
Enter your details
Fill in Company Code, Username and Email Address, then select SEND OTP.
Enter the code from your email
Check your inbox for the 6-digit code. Type it into the six boxes and select VERIFY OTP.
Set a new password
Type your new password in New Password and again in Confirm Password, then select RESET PASSWORD.
Sign in again
When you see Password Reset!, select BACK TO SIGN IN and sign in with the new password.
No email after a minute? Check your spam or junk folder. You can ask for a new code once the Resend OTP countdown (60 seconds) finishes.
