Attendance on the dashboard
Check whether today's attendance is marked and see your month at a glance on the Attendance Calendar.

Two cards cover attendance: Attendance for today, and Attendance Calendar for the whole month.
Today's attendance
The Attendance card shows either:
- Present Today — Your attendance is marked. — with your In-Time and Out-Time, or
- Not Marked — Your attendance is not marked for today.
Select View Time Sheet to open your full timesheet.
This is your current status only. The final status for the day can change based on your company's attendance policies — for example a late arrival or a short day.
Attendance Calendar
Each day of the month is coloured by status. Select a day to see its IN TIME and OUT TIME, and use the arrows to move between months. View Full Timesheet opens Manage Timesheet.
Select the info icon on the card for the Attendance Status Legend:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Present | Marked as present |
| Absent | Marked as absent |
| Weekly off | Scheduled weekly off |
| Holiday | Public or local holiday |
| Half day | Half day present |
| Leave | CL, SL, EL, AL, etc. |
| Not marked | No log or punch data |
Why isn't today's punch showing?
Attendance from biometric devices can take up to 3 hours to appear. If a device has a technical issue it can take longer — wait at least 24 hours before declaring a correction on your timesheet.
