Clocker
The Device Clocker matches a fingerprint or card against templates held on your server, applies the verification policy you configured, and writes the punch straight to your local SQL Server instance. The Desk Clocker covers sites with no reader at all.
Devices
The Device Manager enrols every terminal, sends enrolled templates to it, and collects its punches. A reader that loses the LAN keeps reading and holds its punches until it is back, which is the whole reason plants buy on-premise.
Gate 2 dropped its link at 08:12 and is still reading. Its 128 punches are held on the terminal and collected the moment it is back on the LAN.
Mobile
For staff who are not walking past a terminal, a mobile check-in is validated against the site fence. A punch outside the boundary is rejected there and then and the employee is told immediately, rather than being flagged for someone to chase at month end.
Shifts & rosters
Mark a member’s roster for the month against your shift patterns, with weekly-off swaps, holidays and half-days. Three time models cover fixed shifts, flexible hours and contract time, so a plant, an office and a contract crew run under one system.

Multi-location
A TimeMate box at each branch or plant manages that location independently, then syncs its attendance to the server at your corporate head office for consolidated payroll and group MIS.
