2. **Open the month** — Select **View/Download** on the month you want.

A month marked **Not Yet Published** hasn't been released by payroll yet.

## Download your income statement

The income statement is your annual salary certificate: gross income, TDS deducted, your tax regime and a month-by-month breakdown — useful for tax filing and loan applications.

1. **Choose the year** — In the **Income Statement** card, pick the financial year.
2. **Open it** — Select **Show Statement**.
3. **Download** — Select **Download PDF**, or **Print**.

> **Note:** The income statement appears only if your company has enabled it. If you see *No income statement record found for this financial year*, payroll hasn't generated one for that year yet.
