# Organisation chart

> Browse your company's reporting structure and find anyone by name or employee code.

The **Organization Chart** shows who reports to whom across the company, including vacant positions.

Open it from **Self Service → View Organogram**.

## Using the chart

- Each box shows a person's name, designation, department and employee code. Vacant posts are marked **Vacant**.
- A **+N** badge under a box means N people report to that person. Select it to expand that branch — the chart zooms in on it.
- Drag to move around the chart, and use the zoom buttons or your mouse wheel to zoom.
- Use **Search by name or code** and pick the person from the list — the chart zooms to them, highlights their box and shows a **Details** card with their department, employee code and location.

> **Note:** The chart is built from the reporting structure HR maintains. If your manager is shown wrongly, ask HR to update it.
