# Managing Self Service sections

> Turn Self Service modules such as Loan Application, Outdoor Duty or Declare Timesheet on or off for your whole organisation.

**Manage Self Service Sections** sits on the eHR Portal Management page. Each switch turns a module on or off for everyone — its Self Service card, its pages, and the matching approval queue for managers.

## Turn a module on or off

Flip the switch next to the module. The main ones are:

| **Request Leave** | [Leave](https://intelliob.com/docs/accord/self-service/leave) and leave approvals. |
| **Manage Timesheet** | [Timesheet](https://intelliob.com/docs/accord/self-service/timesheet) viewing. |
| **Declare Timesheet** | Whether employees can declare timesheet corrections. |
| **Outdoor Duty** | [Outdoor duty](https://intelliob.com/docs/accord/self-service/outdoor-duty) and its approvals. |
| **My Payslips** | [Payslips](https://intelliob.com/docs/accord/self-service/payslips). |
| **Declare Investment** | [Investment declarations](https://intelliob.com/docs/accord/self-service/declare-investment). |
| **Loan Application** · **Advance Application** | [Loans](https://intelliob.com/docs/accord/self-service/loan) and [salary advances](https://intelliob.com/docs/accord/self-service/salary-advance). |
| **Organogram** | The [organisation chart](https://intelliob.com/docs/accord/self-service/organogram). Its gear icon opens chart settings. |

> **Note:** Turning a module off hides it from employees and managers straight away. Make sure no requests are still waiting for approval before you switch a module off, or managers won't be able to act on them.
