# Reporting matrix and organogram

> See the reporting structure that drives approvals, as a searchable list or an organisation chart.

The reporting structure decides who approves whose requests. HR can view it two ways from **eHR Portal Management → HR Tasks**:

- **View Reporting Matrix** — a searchable list of employees and who they report to.
- **View Organogram** — the same structure as a chart. See [Organisation chart](https://intelliob.com/docs/accord/self-service/organogram).

## Using the reporting matrix

- Use **Search employee…** to find someone.
- Select an employee to see their details and reporting line.
