# eHR Portal Management overview

**eHR Portal Management** (the *e-HR Administration* page) is where HR configures Accord eHR for the whole organisation. Open it from **eHR Portal Management** in the top menu.

## What's on this page

| Card | What it's for |
|---|---|
| **Configure General Settings** | Company information, masters, organisational parameters, email, user impersonation and the dashboard welcome note. |
| **HR Tasks** | User access permissions, reporting matrix, organogram, approval workflows, and the news, notices, events, polls, policies and helpdesk contacts employees see. |
| **Manage Dashboard Cards** | Switch dashboard cards on or off, and open each card's settings with the gear icon. |
| **Manage Self Service Sections** | Switch Self Service modules on or off for everyone. |
